What is it about?
The paper provides an account how corporations continue to evade and deny the workers' basic human rights in their workplace contrary to their obligations to international standards. The paper also explains the Bangladeshi state's poor accountability processes towards general populations which contribute and enable the corporations to maintain the status quo even after the Rana Plaza incident.
