What is it about?

Our study focuses on the analysis of a sample of Iberian organisations. It addresses the internalisation of excellence management practices and digital transformation capabilities in sufficiency and necessity perspectives in order to implement sustainable development success. To measure sustainable development success, we consider one of the most important SDGs for organisations, SDG12.

Why is it important?

Our study is the first to combine PLS-SEM and NCA to explore the mediating role of the internalisation of excellence practices and one of the first to address digital capabilities from a multidimensional perspective. Our findings show that organisations must internalise excellence practices to implement sustainable development success and must develop digital transformation capabilities to ensure the internalisation of excellence management practices.
