What is it about?

Ensuring that diets are healthy and sustainable diet is important to the wellbeing of humans and the planet. We explore estimations of energy content and carbon footprint, and ratings of food safety and animal welfare of commonly eaten foods. We found that people were unable to accurately estimate energy content and carbon footprint, with most citizens overestimating values.
