What is it about?
The reaearchers evaluated a school network that transitioned to a more values-based orientation over six years. We wanted to see what the most important factors in predicting the project's success would be. We found that student-teacher dialogue and close relationships between the school and the community were most important. Surprisingly, order and discipline did not contribute to success whatsoever.

This research is also among the first taking a quantitative perspective to validate the outcomes of values-based education, which was mostly investigated using qualitative means.
