This study explores some antecedents of team members' beliefs in their team capabilities

Why is it important?
Some may leave their team because they think that their team is not capable enough to conduct its tasks. Thus, it is important to know how this belief forms. In addition, most research on collective efficacy focuses on it as a shared belief. However, this study considers it a team member's individual belief about the team's capabilities.
