What is it about?
We delivered a pragmatic instruction comprising discussion, analysis, small-scale research, and reflections on the Persian and English pragma-linguistic and socio-pragmatic complimenting conventions. The results suggested that the EFL learners were developing their metapragmatic awareness of target compliments.
