What is it about?

Managing students with Brain Injury in the school setting is challenging. This article presents a model that considers academic, language, assistive technology and dysphagia needs and provides strategies to incorporate into the student's educational plan.

Brain injured students are a challenge for clinicians working in the school setting where there may be limited knowledge and support. School based teams can utilize this article for guidance in considering how best to meet the unique needs of students with all levels of brain injury.
