What is it about?

The NHS in the UK is run in different ways in the four counties of the union. All four countries show a similar repeating pattern of unexplained increases in medical admissions comprised of a set of common diagnoses (conditions).

Why is it important?

An infectious agent is clearly implicated. Since publication in 2010 these presumed infectious events have repeated in 2012, 2014 and 2016.

Perspectives

One would think that an unknown agent leading to large and unexplained increases in deaths and medical admissions may be important. Alas government agencies in the UK display total lethargy over this issue. For the full series of studies see http://www.hcaf.biz/2010/Publications_Full.pdf
