What is it about?
We estimated the willingness to pay for reducing time dedicated to prepare own meal at home. We found heterogeneous consumers preferences regarding time. We have two consistent group with opposite behaviour. One receive utility in saving time whereas a second group receive utility in cooking. A third small group is indifferent with respect to the time necessary to prepare meals.
