What is it about?
In this publication you can find some examples on how to include gender-neutral pronouns in a translation class or EFL class. I also reflect upon why including this topic is relevant both for English and translation students as it might boost their intercultural competence.

Why is it important?
My publication deals with translation, teaching and gender-neutral pronouns. These three topics are not usually analyzed together, but are extremely relevant due to the changes in language, their increase in use and the fact that students need to learn how to communicate adequately and might face them as professional translators.
