Why is it important?

Psychotherapeutic accounts of TF-CBT, for emotional-behaviour problems in abused children, has been scarcely reported by clinicians or caretakers, in hospital setups in India. The challenges faced by the clinician, in terms of management of the complex psychopathology, sensitive socio-cultural and developmental history of such cases, are discussed in the case study documented.
