This case focuses on labour standards in the factories which manufacture products for Apple. Written in 2013, it focuses on the period between 2010 and 2012. Labour standards in Apple’s supply chain have been well documented elsewhere. The focus of this case was to bring together a range of salient facts and perspectives in a way which would illustrate various theoretical positions on Business and Society.
