What is it about?
We see that both temperature and average windspeed effect evaporation. When the evaporated water condenses in clouds heat is radiated, this heat is enough to make a difference to climate and temperature.

Why is it important?
The effect of CO2 on climate change here seems to be migated by a factor of around 1/2.8 by the extra rainfall from its heating. The effect of wind speed on rainfall is about as large as that of CO2.
