Why is it important?

It's important because it's the vegetables we pass on our way to work. The essence of this study was to draw our attention to our surroundings, appreciate their simplicity and availability and encourage awareness into it's nutritional richness.

Perspectives

I love this work because of its simplicity and it's wide application. The honest truth is that it was carried out by a 200 level student that is ND. It showed the possibility of young minds willingness to do research at their level and still have great impact.
