What is it about?

Morphological diversity among some collected landraces of wild relative of the popular cowpea, was evaluated. Chromosome counts were also carried out to ascertain the level of relationship among the collected accessions and cowpea.

Perspectives

Working on legume like cowpea and its wild relatives is very interesting and exciting, particularly towards food security and environmental restoration. This article is desirable considering the importance of legumes to agriculture and food provision.
