What is it about?
This study looks at how many doctors, midwives, and nurses were working in six big hospitals in Java, Indonesia, and how this might be connected to how healthy moms are during childbirth. We found that there were enough maternity staff in these hospitals, but some moms still had serious problems when giving birth. We want to study more to figure out why this is happening and how to make it better for moms.
