What is it about?
We studied how better sleep habits and brain exercises can improve the comfort and sleep quality of elderly people. After a month of these interventions, we found that they indeed felt more comfortable and slept better. This suggests that teaching older adults to sleep well and exercise their brains can significantly improve their quality of life.
