What is it about?
The diarrhea in children particularly in third world countries created huge problem in health care management system particularly in Africa and south Asia. The problem with many of these are not noticeable due to E. coli which also is normal flora of intestine. In this study we found that some strains of E. coli are not part of normal flora and contained certain virulence genes that can damage the intestinal layer.
