What is it about?
The research conducted among employees from public, private and multinational companies in Serbia analyzed the differences in the perception of CSR forms defined in the Carrols CSR pyramid.

Why is it important?
Obtained results point out that economic and legal CSR forms are perceived to be much more expressed regardless of the company governance form in comparison to ethic and discretional CSR forms.
