I like the look of the new site in comparison to the previous one. I don't seem to be having the same problem as experienced above (I'm using Chrome) with the text spilling out of the box.

so I am having some coffee/ playing around in the test site to see what it looks like/ how it works... vs the current setup. This seems more intuitive and cleaner than the current popup approach. One thing that I noticed is that when users added lots characters as a test for long words, in FF, the display runs outside of the allocated space versus wrapping two on both test examples. If users want / need to apply styles to this text ( i.e. itals for species names, add special characters, have super or subscript text, etc.) it's not readily apparent how that would work...
