Why is it important?
The banking industry of Bangladesh has witnessed tremendous growth since the country’s independence. Need-based training and development of manpower have become prerequisites for the continuous growth of this sector. The prominent government banks conduct numerous training programs for the fresh recruits and the existing staff as well.
