What is it about?

It this study we examine the personality traits and personal values of individuals receiving ethics training, to see whether characteristics of the individual impact the effectiveness of ethical training. We find that more conscientious (responsible, dependable) students and students with higher levels of universalism values (concern for others in society) made more ethical decisions, and that more conscientious students benefitted more from ethical training.
