What is it about?
This paper looks at the use of a facilitator approach to teaching in higher education, rather than a more traditional 'expert at the front' methodology. By considering how such an approach has been implemented in a skills support programme developed at the University of Manchester, this paper presents arguments for why this model such be adopted more widely.
