What is it about?

Sleep is essential for teenagers, but many in Bali aren't getting the quality and quantity they need. We found that things like their physical comfort while sleeping were okay for about half of them, but their thoughts before bed weren't so great. Emotionally, most were doing well, but their sleep environment needed some improvement. Daytime naps were often fine, but their overall sleep stability was lacking
