Why is it important?

Application of the method to landfill mining creates economic incentives to improve the environment, the profitability and the technology used. A key factor enables management to immediately obtain an overall comprehension of their landfill's performance that continuously can be monitored and evaluated.

Perspectives

The artificial shadow prices for unwanted fractions through use of my EUROPE model will be beneficial when excavating old landfills. Landfill mining companies will act in accordance with the findings of my work to promote sustainable development.
