Why is it important?
E-learning occurs across all learning areas and domains. It encompasses the application of a wide spectrum of practices including: blended and virtual learning. Digital learning today is where smart phones were a decade ago. Adoption is taking hold, and the technology has proven its value along some dimensions. We are on the frontier.
Perspectives
E-learning techniques like video lectures can be very beneficial for students in rural educational institutions as they can provide the students the exposure to the best education in the world.
