What is it about?
This research investigates the knowledge, attitude and practice of women of childbearing age towards the acceptance of contraceptive implants in Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State, Nigeria.

Why is it important?
The findings revealed that contraceptive implants are beneficial to women of childbearing age including their sex life. It also shows that contraceptive implants promote family harmony and co-existence.
Perspectives
Recommendations were made, which would really promote the health living of women of childbearing age. It also indicates the involvement of male spouses and government in the utilisation of contraceptive implants.
