What is it about?
The main aim of this second edition of Strategic Human Resource Management: A Research Overview is to provide a succinct analysis of the extensive body of research in the named field. We have used our experience to survey and evaluate the significant contributions to the main research journals and international conference proceedings. We seek to equip readers with a helpful guide and route-map through an extensive terrain of research projects and findings. In sum, this short volume provides the reader with an accessible overview of the field and serves as a guide to developing ideas for future further research.
