A chapter with a qualitative study about influences on women entrepreneurs in UAE resulted in the identification of agency and values as influences on women business owners, and a model of women’s entrepreneurship was created for professional practice.

Why is it important?
This study facilitates future empirical research to promote SDGs 5 gender equality. It is important to increase the numbers of women entrepreneurs globally for their influence, for their financial power, for choice of business types and to increase the economy of nations.
