What is it about?
The water quality in flume systems is crucial to prevent pathogen cross-contamination during postharvest handling. This study showed that oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) is not a reliable indicator of free chlorine (FC) and that FC and ORP are not reliable indicators of microbial water quality.
