What is it about?

Listeria monocytogenes is a foodborne pathogen with a high mortality rate in immunocompromised populations. This study compared the efficacy of several kitchen-scale preparation techniques to reduce L. monocytogenes on fresh produce, which is considered a high-risk food category for the target population.
