Fate of Listeria monocytogenes on Broccoli and Cauliflower at Different Storage Temperatures

What is it about?

Listeria monocytogenes growth and survival data may assist in future risk assessments. We observed L. monocytogenes was able to grow and/or survive on broccoli and cauliflower held at a range of temperatures, with a positive association between growth rate and temperature.
