If healthcare practitioners perceive an intervention to be beneficial, it may influence their treatment planning and clinical reasoning. This study examines occupational therapy practitioners' perceptions related to the efficacy of sensory integration interventions.

Our findings show that occupational therapy practitioners show a favorable attitude toward sensory integration interventions. It is critical for healthcare professionals to demonstrate awareness of their perceptions during the clinical reasoning process.
