What is it about?
This is about tiny nerve tangles in our eyes called corneal neuromas. These neuromas form when the nerves in our eyes get damaged. Scientists can now see these nerve tangles using a special microscope that doesn't hurt the eye. They're finding that these tangles might be connected to various eye problems and could help doctors understand and treat these issues better.
