we all know that epidurals are effective method of treating post operative pain in adults and children. lot of publications are there regarding safety in adults. But what about its safety in children ? we did a retrospective analysis regarding safety of paediatric epidurals.

securing epidural in children is technically more challenging and some times complications can lead to permanent mortality or morbidity. we attempted to quantify the risks as there are limited literature is avaliable
