What is it about?
In this study, we firstly showed that TIGIT can function as a ligand for transducing signaling through its receptor CD155 expressed on stimulated naïve T cells to promote gene expression of TIGIT.

Why is it important?
Our proposal also may highlight as how the regulatory T cells maintain their function and cell–life for long periods. At the same time, our results may be also useful to consider therapeutic methods for inducing transplantation tolerance in clinical field.
