What is it about?
Polyaniline is a polymer that exhibits good environmental stability, good electrical and redox properties, low cost monomer and easy fabrication process. This material was embedded to our substrate which is the cotton fabric, to enhance the properties of the fabric. Chemical characterization was carried out using FTIR spectroscopy. We have used four-point probe technique to measure the conductivity of the samples.

Why is it important?
Cotton fabric is flexible and comfortable to wear. It can be formed to different forms and sizes depending on its use. Enhancing its property will result to wider application of the cotton material.
