What is it about?
In geocracks, the density of the fluid can now be specified as a function of pressure and temperature. Physically, this states that the difference between the flow in and the flow out is stored in the fracture. The flow is assumed to be proportional to the pressure gradient and the fracture permeability.

Why is it important?
Different rock cores from reservoirs in southern Iraq have been studied. The measures of permeability and pressure have been presented.
