What is it about?
Over the years, the research program at the University of Rhode Island (URI) led by Ruby Roy Dholakia attracted many international scholars. Morten Rask from Denmark was one such visiting scholar. This work grew out of the collaborations that started during Morten's visit to URI.

Sy Banerjee - emerging resource for mobile commerce work: URI to U-Michigan (Flint)
Inspired by the work by Ruby Roy Dholakia and Nikhilesh Dholakia at the University of Rhode Island (URI), Syagnik 'Sy' Banerjee completed a very insightful dissertation on mobile ubiquity under the direction of Ruby Roy Dholakia at URI. Today, working at U-Michigan (Flint), Sy Banerjee is emerging is a leading resource person for mobile commerce. Some of his work continues in collaboration with Ruby Dholakia and Nikhilesh Dholakia.
