What is it about?
Because of the erstwhile dominance of Nokia in mobile telecom, Finland and the Scandinavian countries developed the world's earliest m-commerce models. Tommi Pelkonen did pioneering work in this area and this paper resulted from the collaboration when Nikhilesh Dholakia from the University of Rhode Island (URI) when he visited Helsinki and met Tommi.
