What is it about?
The publication focuses on selected three orphan/abandoned/neglected legumes that are rich in food, nutritional, and medicinal properties. The species are African Yam Bean, Kersting’s Groundnut, and Winged Beans. These commodities are not only required by rural dwellers but by all. Consistent cultivation, utilization, and processing will enhance food security and health care delivery, especially in poverty-prone areas.
