What is it about?

people who inject drugs are most affected by dangerous disease like HIV and HCV in Vietnam. The program to reduce harm caused by drug and dangerous disease among PWID (people who inject drugs) which is called Harm Reduction Program in Vietnam have been put in place since 2008, but many problems remaining in harm reduction. So far little is known about factors influencing harm reduction in PWID.
