Why is it important?
It is important to help to recognize that the presence of CD you can find in much people than previously recognized. It affect around 2% of the general population worldwide. The serology fails very often and is necessary to continue the whole tools for diagnosis, including the genetic markers and the findings in duodenal biopsies without villous atrophy
