What is it about?
Management of anesthesia in patients more than 100 years old is challenging in more ways than one. The risks are of greater concern in emergency procedures. Detailed multi-system evaluation may not be possible and lead to unforeseen consequences. Multi- disciplinary approach to tackle problems associated with centenarians is being discussed here.
