What is it about?
Little is known about the long-term effect impact of COVID-19 on people survivors getting life-saving dialysis treatment. We looked at the outcomes of people on dialysis who survived at least 30 days after their COVID-19 infection. We found that death, COVID-19 reinfection, cardiovascular disease, and hospital admissions were high. We also found that some factors increased the possibility of death.
