What is it about?
Observation of changes that have been occurring in social contexts suggests an increasingly marked need to restructure organizational practices in companies to guarantee their continuity. Implementation of sustainable processes has received more attention in research, since structural and behavioral changes in companies are driven less by competition and more by the need for organizational legitimacy.
