Why is it important?
The synthesis of metal nanoparticles often leads to a heterogeneous mixture in terms of sizes and shapes that needs to be fractionated to yield more homogeneous samples. We propose a simple method for the fractionation of silver nanotriangles that acomplishes this goal.
