What is it about?
Fluconazole resistance in C. neoformans in response to low glucose environment.

Why is it important?
Cryptococcus neoformans colonizes in lungs and CSF, both of which are low glucose environments. Low glucose causes transcriptomic changes resulting in different phenotypic variations. These variations may cause therapeutic failures and are thus important to study.
