What is it about?

Faculty often use Bloom’s taxonomy when they write student learning outcomes. This article discusses the value of Bloom’s taxonomy as a heuristic for writing measurable student learning outcomes. It also discusses other factors faculty should consider when they want to describe different the levels of expertise attained by students who complete an associate’s, bachelor’s, or graduate degree.
