What is it about?

This paper explains how to synthesise gold nanoparticles and prepare antibody-nanoparticle complexes. Further, cellular uptake can be enhanced using cell penetrating peptides, which is also shown in this paper. These nanoparticles show good anti-cancer properties.

New cancer therapies are needed and we define novel nanoparticle-based antibody complexes which are excellent anti-cancer therapy candidates.
